2009 Crop Plans

2009 - here's a brief sketch
of our plans for next year at
Peacefield Farm.

GROWING -

   1 & 1/2 ACRES of vegetables and small fruits

    A 96 ft long hoophouse for early season tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers.

HARVESTING -

   Beginning in March, we'll have Baby Lettuce Salad Greens (BLSG).
   Beginning in April, we'll have several cool season crops for sale.
   Beginning in June, we'll have tomatoes and cucumbers to sell.

SELLING -

   We'll attend and sell at several area farmer's markets, including Scottville, Pentwater and
    Ludington (if they open one) in 2009.
